Research
I lead and collaborate in research that explores stuttering and the factors that influence it in the lives of people, such as adverse impact, stuttering role identity constructs, and neurophysiology. I apply person-centered perspectives to better understand these relationships and to inform clincial practice, with an emphasis on holistic treatment protocols for people who stutter of all all ages. I have expertise in advanced statistical approaches, survey design, data-driven analysis, open and reproducible research, R and Matlab coding, and Speech-Pathology practice, more broadly.
